Our Podcast Could Be Your Life is back with a short episode about a short-lived band, the late, great DNA. Hope you weren't looking to get informed because we couldn't stay on topic. But we love DNA! It's true!
Arto Lindsay's newest project, "The Arto Lindsay Noise Quartet" is great. It's no DNA, but out of all his projects it's probably the closest to reaching that sound; although I might argue it's more "avant-garde" then DNA. It has 2 dudes on drums, one guy that alternates between 12 string and 6 string guitar, and of course; Arto Lindsay on 12 string guitar and vocals. Most of the songs are written in Portuguese, and Arto does kind play his own version of Brazilian Ethnic guitar bits. You can find a few videos on youtube.
